Consumer wins the Credit Card battle with my HELP!!!!!!
Bank directed by Consumer Commission to revert the credit card transactions worth 1,41,000 not done by complainant. Such directions from the Consumer Commissions will help many such VICTIMS OF CYBER FRAUD to come forward and get the justice.

The OP Bank is directed to reverse the debit transaction of Rs. 1,41,000/- from the complainant’s credit card account And directed to pay compensation of Rupees 20,000/- and 10,000/- towards litigation charges to the complainant.
