Recently Hon TDSAT while deciding CYBER APPEAL NO. 03 OF 2025 has passed GENERAL DIRECTIONS TO THE ADJUDICATING OFFICERS FOR STREAMLINING THE A.O. OFFICE UNDER SECTION 46 OF THE IT ACT, 2000.
It was further directed that , ” These directions are issued in the exercise of this
Tribunal’s appellate jurisdiction under Section 57 of the IT Act, 2000 and are intended to supplement, not supplant, the provisions of the IT Act and the
2003 Rules. The Adjudicating Officers shall implement these directions with immediate effect”
