Hon.Adjudicating Officer Maharashtra has held the Respondent (State Bank Of India) in Complaint no 15 of 2014, in violation of Section 43A of the IT Act, and ordered them to a compensation of Rupees 3,00,000 (Rupees Three
Lakhs) to the Complainant to cover his loss and legal costs, within a month of order, failing which compound interest of 12 percent compounded monthly will also be chargeable.
