Hon.Adjudicating Officer Maharashtra has held the Respondent 1,2,3 (Vodafone) in Complaint no 39 of 2016,in violation of Section 43A of the IT Act, and ordered them to a compensation of Rupees 26,70,000 (Rupees Twenty Six Lakhs Seventy Thousand only) to the Complainant to cover his loss and legal costs, within a month of order, failing which compound interest of 12 percent compounded monthly will also be chargeable. The order was passed on 14 August 2018 by SVR Srinivas,Adjudicating Officer Maharashtra. Advocate Mahendra Limaye represented the complainant.
